These terms apply to every Hiddot Christmas 2026 greeting ordered on hiddot.com. By checking the box before payment, you agree to them.

1. Who you're buying from

Hiddot is operated by Marina Shteringarts, Kfar Vradim, Israel. For any question, email marina@shternarts.com.

2. What you're buying

A Hiddot greeting is a design service. Hiddot creates a digital Christmas greeting for your company, with a message hidden in the dots of the artwork.

Standard ($595): one of six ready-made designs. You keep its hidden wish, replace it with your own words, or get help writing it.
Fully Custom ($2,250): a new design created for your company from your brief.

3. Payment

Prices are in US dollars.
Standard is paid in full when you order.
Fully Custom: a $1,125 deposit when you order, and the remaining $1,125 before delivery.

4. When work begins

Work begins when Hiddot receives your logo and message details, or your completed brief if you asked for help with the wording or ordered Fully Custom.

5. Your message and logo

You approve the exact words before they go into the artwork. Nothing is added without your approval.
Each design has a letter limit. If your message is longer, Hiddot will suggest a shorter version that keeps your meaning.
You confirm that you have the right to use the logo, names and marks you send.

6. Revisions

Standard includes 1 consolidated round of revisions. Fully Custom includes 2. Please send all your feedback for a round at once.
Replacing a message after you've approved it means rebuilding the letter path in the dots. Hiddot will quote this as extra work before starting it.

7. Delivery

Standard: 2–4 business days. Fully Custom: 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday.
The clock starts once your payment, logo and message details are in. If a reply from your side takes longer, delivery moves by the same amount of time.
Your high-resolution files arrive by email: portrait (5:7), square (1:1), and social (4:5).
Hiddot creates the artwork only. Email design and sending aren't included.

8. How you can use your greeting

Once your order is paid in full, you may use your greeting during the 2026 holiday season:

in your holiday emails
on your website
in organic (unpaid) social media posts
as printed cards

Anything you've already posted can stay in your archives after the season ends.

Not included without Hiddot's written permission: paid ads, merchandise, use after the 2026 holiday season, and any use not listed above. To ask, email marina@shternarts.com.

You can resize the artwork, but please don't redraw or edit it. Changes to the artwork can break the hidden message.

9. Who else can use the design

Standard: the six designs and their original wishes are available to other companies too. A message written for your company won't be reused for another customer.
Fully Custom: the design is created for your company only. Once it's paid in full, Hiddot won't sell or license it to anyone else.

10. Ownership

Hiddot keeps the copyright in all artwork and in the Hiddot hidden-message system. Your order gives you a license to use your greeting as described in section 8; it doesn't transfer ownership. Your logo and your message stay yours.

11. Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund Policy.

12. Results

Hiddot can't guarantee how your customers will respond, or exactly how a greeting will display on every device and email platform. Each design has a letter limit so the message stays readable when zoomed in.

13. Liability

Hiddot's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

15. Changes to these terms

Hiddot may update these terms. The version you agreed to before payment applies to your order.
